Outbound Business Development & Training Manager

Responsibilities:

-  Formulating and executing business strategies, focusing on brand development and market expansion

-  Identifying and pursuing new brands and product categories to expand our portfolio and enhance market presence

-  Developing and implementing sales projections to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets

-  Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals

-  Monitoring sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing coaching and mentoring.

-  Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers & customers, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

-  Identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs on sales techniques, communication, negotiation, and product knowledges for the sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

-  Bachelor degree in Business and Marketing

-  Strong analytical, strategic thinking, training and management skills

-  Solid exposures in business development and training areas is a MUST

-  Experience in designing, delivering, and managing training programs

-  Proactive and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

-  Ability to effectively communicate with prospects, motivate and guide sales team members

-  Occasionally travel to Europe or French-speaking countries required

-  Good spoken Mandarin and English, knowledge of French is an advantage

-  Immediate availability is highly preferred

外勤業務發展及培訓經理

職責:

1. 制定及執行業務策略,專注品牌發展及市場拓展

2. 發掘及引入新品牌和產品類別,擴充產品組合,提升市場佔有率

3. 制定及實施銷售預測,推動營收增長,達成業務目標

4. 負責從初步接觸到成交的整個銷售流程

5. 監督銷售團隊表現,找出改進空間,並提供指導與培訓

6. 建立及維護與供應商及客戶的良好關係,確保與公司目標一致

7. 辨識培訓需求,為銷售團隊制定及推行銷售技巧、溝通、談判及產品知識等培訓計劃,確保與業務目標一致

要求:

1. 持有商業及市場營銷學士學位

2. 具備強大分析能力、策略思維、培訓及管理技巧

3. 必須有業務發展及培訓相關經驗

4. 有設計、推行及管理培訓計劃的經驗

5. 積極主動、以結果為導向,具備優秀人際及談判技巧

6. 能有效與潛在客戶溝通,激勵及帶領銷售團隊成員

7. 偶爾需前往歐洲或法語國家出差

8. 良好普通話及英語會話能力,懂法語者優先
